For independent consultants, fractional executives and coaches
Someone is checking your profile today and finding a post from seven weeks ago.
We decide what goes out each week, write it in your voice, and publish it. Your first post is live within ten business days.

Written, waiting for your approval
The calendar runs out in the second week of every month.
You are not out of ideas and you are not against social media. You are out of Thursdays. Billable work wins, so the posting happens in a burst, then stops. Nobody notices except the one person you wanted to notice you.
"I looked you up and could not find much." A prospect says that once and you feel it for a month.
You bought the scheduling tool. It gave you an empty calendar and a generate button, and handed the writing straight back to you.
The drafts you did generate never went out, because they did not sound like you.
What a month looks like when the posting is not yours any more
Your total time is about thirteen minutes a month. Here is where every minute of it goes.
10 min
You read next month
A link arrives on your phone with the month's posts already written. Approve the ones that sound like you. Comment on anything that does not, and we rewrite it the same working day.
3 min
You read what happened
One page at the end of the month, in plain English: what went out, what people replied to, and what we are changing next month. No dashboard to learn.
0 min
Everything else
Choosing the topics, writing the drafts, scheduling, formatting per network, republishing anything that fails, and keeping a page ready for the people who click.
The point of it
The next person who checks you up finds something recent, in your words, about work you actually do. That is the whole promise, and it is the one thing a quiet profile takes away from you.
Twelve posts a month, on the days you chose.
How it works
Three things happen, and only one of them is yours
One 45 minute call about your work
Recorded. Your best stories, the questions clients keep asking, the opinion you will defend in public, and the things you never want written about. That is the last long conversation you need to have about this.
A month of posts arrives as a link
No account, no password to create. You read them on your phone, approve what sounds like you, and leave a comment on anything that does not. Nothing publishes without your yes.
It goes out, and you get told what happened
Publishing runs on schedule to the networks you actually use. Anything that fails is republished within one business day and reported to you, not quietly dropped.
The first ten business days, drawn out
Day 1
You connect your accounts
Through each platform's own permission screen. We never hold a password.
Day 2 to 3
The recorded conversation
45 minutes. Everything after this is written from your own words.
Day 7
You approve from a link
Ten minutes on your phone. Rewrites come back the same day.
By day 10
Your first post is live
If it is not, that month is free.
Four things we put in writing on your invoice
They hold from the first month, every month.
- First post live within ten business days of your recorded call, or that month is free.
- If the first batch does not sound like you, we rewrite it at no charge. If the second batch fails the same test, we refund month one in full.
- Nothing publishes without your approval. You never open a blank calendar and you never find a surprise post on your profile.
- One flat monthly fee, 30 days notice. No setup fee, no annual lock-in, no per-post pricing.
What you get each month
Twelve posts, written in your voice
We choose the topics, a month ahead
Publishing to the two networks you use
Approval by link, no account to create
A longer article built from your best post
A landing page so clicks have somewhere to go
A one page monthly read, in plain English
Fifteen minutes with us whenever you want it
Left out on purpose
Paid ads, replying to your comments and direct messages, video editing, and running accounts for more than one person. We would rather be small and good than wide and forgettable.
"I already pay for a tool that does this"
You do, and it publishes beautifully. Here is the honest split of who does what, so you can decide which column you actually want to be in.
| Who does it | A scheduling tool | Us |
|---|---|---|
| Deciding this week's topic | You | Us |
| Writing the post | You | Us |
| Making it sound like you | You | Us |
| Filling next month | You | Us |
| Publishing on time | The tool | Us |
| Approving | You | You, 10 min a month |
Keep the tool if you want to write. Talk to us if you want it written.
Questions we get asked first
Will it actually sound like me?
That is the whole job. Every draft is written from a recorded conversation in your words and from work you have already published. If the first batch misses, we rewrite it free, and if the second batch misses, month one is refunded.
Do I have to hand over my passwords?
No. You grant access on each platform's own permission screen and you can remove it whenever you want, without asking us.
What if I hate a post?
Leave a comment on it in the approval link. We rewrite it the same working day and log the reason, so the next batch lands closer without you repeating yourself.
How much of my time does this take?
About an hour in the first two weeks, then roughly thirteen minutes a month: ten to approve, three to read the report.
Am I locked into a contract?
Billed monthly by card, 30 days notice to stop. We ask for three honest months, because one month of posting proves nothing either way.
Can you promise me leads?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is what we control: posts written in your voice, published on schedule, with a page ready for anyone who wants to talk to you.
In ten business days your profile can stop working against you.
Send us the link to the account that has gone quiet. We read it, then reply with three things we would publish in your first month, written the way you talk. No deck, no pitch call required.
You get the three topics in writing, whether or not you hire us.
Nothing is charged and no card is asked for at this step.
If we are the wrong fit, we say so and tell you what we would do instead.
